The big media moguls are selling out. Who wants to replace them?

Disney and Fox were in negotiations that would have sent all of Fox’s library of TV shows and movies to Disney.

This would have left Fox with the following:
1) News networks
2) Sports networks
3) Local broadcast networks

Disney needs content for its upcoming battle with Netflix.
